Living areas
A central feature and the heart of the home is the spacious and airy sitting room, facing south and west with large windows on two sides, offering plenty of comfortable sofas and seating, a television (with French and English channels) and a traditional open fireplace.
There is a large dining table at one end, nearest the open plan kitchen.
A study, or further small room, leading off the large sitting/dining room has a sofabed (sleeping two) plus further television and DVD player, and a wood burning stove. There is also a cloakroom with basin and lavatory and a walk-in cupboard on this floor.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven/gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and double sink.
A door from the kitchen leads out to a large covered area and outhouse with washing machine and tumble dryer, large sink and central heating boiler.
At the front of the house the main gate opens on to a gravelled area with parking for two cars.
