Terms and conditions

All bookings for Le Chemin Vert are from Saturday to Saturday.  Arrival time is from 4.00pm and departure must be by 10.00am.

A 20% deposit is required on booking, with the balance payable not less than eight weeks before the holiday starts.  If the booking is made less than eight weeks ahead, full payment is due at time of booking.

Bookings are only accepted on completion and return of the booking form (available on request) and payment of required deposit.

If you cancel, a refund can only be made if the property is re-let.

Linen hire is £5.00 per week per bed (or you can bring your own). This includes bath but not swimming towels.

A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required to cover property and contents.  We reserve the right to retain a sum from the damage deposit to cover any loss, breakages or additional cleaning or repairs if the property is left in an unacceptable condition. We ask that you leave things as you find them. The deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of the end of the rental period.  Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you for more than the amount paid for the rental period.

The maximum number of adults is 12 but there is room for extra children.

Please note, animals are not allowed.
